What happens if the image quality is inadequate?
The radiologist will report any diagnostic limitations and, if necessary, suggest additional views or repetitions.
Is a specific protocol required for CT/MRI?
Yes, we provide recommended protocols based on anatomical region and clinical suspicion.
Reporting times
What are the standard reporting times?
STANDARD -
Standard reports are delivered within 4–5 business days from the receipt of the study.
24 H -
Studies received by 7:00 PM. The report is delivered within 24 hours of receiving the study.
URGENT -
Urgent reporting provides delivery within the same day or, if requested, live viewing of the examination.
This rate will also apply to all studies received on holidays and after 7:00 PM if delivery is requested by the following day.

In which language are the reports written?
Italian; also available in English upon request.
Does the report include clinical indications?
Yes, when appropriate, we include differential diagnoses and suggestions for further investigation.
Is it possible to discuss the case with the radiologist?
Yes, consultations are available via telephone or video call.
